7-13-10 WOD / PM WOD "SQUATS-PUSHUPS-KTE"

Pretty light and easy, I didn't time this one either...

WOD:
(A) 5 rounds of

5 Front Squats (with 40lbs dumbbell (20 each hand))

I need heavier dumbbells!! or even better an Oly Bar!!

(B) 21-15-9 reps of

Pushups
KTE (knee-to-elbow)

I decided to have Abby climb on my back as a 45lbs weight for the first 21 reps of pushups was going to have her climb my back again but Emma started crying and she had to be entertained!! so there goes my weights..hehehe...

Overall an easy and light WOD...

  1. LOL....i use Tristan as weights when do my lunges sometimes. It actually puts him to sleep.

  3. Mostly body weight, I just recenlty introduced weights into my routines this month. I'm reading up on some gymnastic workouts which uses moslty body weights and pretty much utilizing body weight can definitely enhance strenght better than weights..hmm...we'll see...ck out this site and read some of the articles http://gymnasticbodies.com/
