7-20-10 WOD / AM and PM

So here's my AM WOD @ work:

First Round: 10:00 am
3 Sets of :
15 Jumping Jack's
15Mtn Climbers
15 Elbow Twist
15 Alt. Lunges (15 left and 15 right)
15 sec. Jog in place

Second Round: 3:00 pm
Same as above

Results: DONE! It was pretty good cardio WOD a nicer way to wake up at work instead of coffee...funny no one makes a cup of coffee anymore in the afternoons lol...


My PM WOD plan:

5 Rounds of: (max = without getting off the bar or rings)
Max Reps of Ring Dips
Max Rep of Pullups

Woot Bring EEETTTT!!!! Will update you guys later for the PM WOD with results.

Results: Ring Dips 16/10/10/7/9
Pullups 12/10/9/6/10
Still needs more work with both exercises, my goal for both to at least manage to do 20 max reps each...practice..practice!!!!
