100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
RESULTS:
pullups = 21:37
pushups = 5:31
situps = 4:32
squats = 2:49
TOTAL = 34:29 *i think I calculated that right..he..he* NOT BAD!!! My pullups are still slow but I'm surprised with my pushups I think I can pushed faster but those pullups drained me a bit but with my situps I was doing above 5 min before but today I manage to do less than 5 YES!!! and my squats was always been my stronger point. Funny thing about these #'s is that I was expecting it to go up but it was going down as I go further with my workout kinda cool that I was speeding up as I go along.
