WOD:
Tabata Run (20 sec on , 10 sec off for 8 Rounds)
12% Full incline on the treadmill
7 mph
Was pretty easy the first 6 rounds then the last 2 got tougher...I think 7mph is a little slow next will shoot for 8mph...BRING EEEETTTTT!!!!
