Hello, Blog...it's me, Margaret (CH 35)

Okay...today is the day, I stop eating like a pig. I stocked up on some groceries, so I'm ready. I think. I have 2 weeks to get back in shape after 2 weeks of laziness and food binges. Plyo today and core.

Okay, I'm an 1/8 into my Plyo workout, and I just had to stop and write this. I feel like crap. I've never felt like this before. Usually, I can get through Plyo with no issues. Flashback to 2 weeks ago, where I would stuff my face in cupcakes and burgers. I was naive enough to think that getting back into the thick of things would be easy. Boy oh boy, where's my dunce cap?? I hope I survive this. Let this be a lesson to all of YOU as I point my imaginary loaf of bread in the air.

I know exactly what you mean!!! hence, why I try to just rest a day or most 2 days because I feel that I will lose all my progress, being sick is an exception offcourse...Just start slow and pace yourself back to your routine it will come back to you. And If you will cheat just try to eat more proetiens than carbs and if carbs try to go with goos carbs if you can...they really should make Whole Wheat Cupcakes..lmao!!
