7-17-10 WOD / "HSPU-DIPS-SWINGS"

Early morning WOD is brutal especially when you have an empty stomach!!! Well No Fuel No GO!! I did poorly with my reps today..oh well till next time...

WOD:
1st Round:
Max reps for 5 sets of
HSPU (modified)

Results: 21/14/17/10/16 BoooooooO!!!!!

2nd Round:
3 Sets of
10 Rings dips
20 Kettlebell swings (1 pood)

Results: did ok but I could have gone faster and even deeper with my dips, i think...next time more eggs..lol...
