L sits and Hollow Rock practice (google hollow rock awesome ab workout)
Results: L-sits = 20 sec./20 sec. / 10 sec.
Hollow Rock = 20 sec. /20 sec. / 20 sec.
Also practiced L-sits this morning for 10 rounds for 10 sec hold finished all rounds!! Sweet!
