7-7-10 WOD / AM WOD - SQUATS-PUSHUPS

Decided to do a Morning WOD @ work:

WOD:

On the minute for 15 min.

21 Squats
7 Pushups

DOOONE!!!!! Results : 315 Squats / 105 Pushups in 15 min!!! oh yeah!!..Now i'm sweating like a PIG @ work!! *note to self: Bring extra clothes when doing WOD's @ work*..hehehe...
