7-28-10 WOD / "R.DIPS/R.PUSHUPS/R.ROWS"

Another Ring Play WOD.

WOD:
3 Rounds of
25 Ring Dips
25 Ring Pushups
25 Ring Rows

Results: Finished the workout but didn't time it. The Rows are kinda fun and exhausting as well.
