7-9-10 WOD / RUN-STEPS-CHINUPS-SWINGS-PUSHUPS

Today's WOD:
10 Rounds
For Time
200m run (.124 miles)
13 stairs steps up
5 chinups
10 kettlebell swings 1 pood
15 pushups
13 stair steps down

Results: 36:26 I added the stairs because the pullup bar is on top of the basement stairs and my treadmill is in the basement it's really 9 rounds of stairs down and 10 up.
TOTAL: 2,000 meters (1.24 miles) /130 steps-up/50 chinups/100 kb swings/ 150 pushups/117 steps-down.
