7-2-10 WOD / "TENS"

I named this WOD "TENS"...

WOD:
10 Rounds for Time

10 Pullups
10 Ring dips
10 Situps
10 Squats

Results: 43:48 min SLOOOOOOWWWW...I have to practice more on the rings and pullups both slowed me down big time...plus I can barley lift my arms as I type this blog...my elbows and shoulders are DONE for the weekend!!..lol...I might have over worked the rings for this week. Oh well!! I'm looking forward for tomorrow's REST DAAAAYYYY!!!...
