7-15-10 WOD / AM WOD...

My boss got in on the band wagon so 8:45 am this morning she has some nice WOD for all of us today.

AM WOD: Part 1
For 3 rounds straight

15 Jumping Jacks
15 Moutntain Climbers
15 Upright Knees-to Elbow Twist
15 Alt. Lunges (15 left and 15 right)
15 sec. Jog in place

Results: A pretty good warm-up got my heart pumping and ready for more..lol...She's actually discussing after lunch routines already..YES!!!!..lol...Stay tuned for Part 2!!

Part 2

a simple one

3 rounds of

30 calf raises ala P90x (10 in/10 straight/10 out)
15 squats

Now that's done on with the PM WOD..wooot!..
