7-11-10 WOD / PULL-UPS

Time to switch to weight lifting soon ohh yeah!!...

WOD:

For Time

3 Weighted Pull-ups (20lbs/35 lbs)
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-ups

Results: 48:59 too slow!!! Darn weighted pull-ups was a killer!!
Weights for:
1st & 2nd/5th & 6th/9th & 10th rounds = 35lbs pull-ups (use a dip belt)
3rd & 4th/7th & 8th rounds = 20 lbs pull-ups
