@ 2:00 1 round of P90X Shoulders and Arms and YES all the staff brought their own weights..Awesome! only used 10lbs though...

7-26-10 WOD / "ANGIE"

Another go for "Angie" but this time with full kip pull-ups and also decided to time each individual workout.

WOD: "ANGIE"

100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats

RESULTS:

pullups = 21:37
pushups = 5:31
situps = 4:32
squats = 2:49

TOTAL = 34:29 *i think I calculated that right..he..he* NOT BAD!!! My pullups are still slow but I'm surprised with my pushups I think I can pushed faster but those pullups drained me a bit but with my situps I was doing above 5 min before but today I manage to do less than 5 YES!!! and my squats was always been my stronger point. Funny thing about these #'s is that I was expecting it to go up but it was going down as I go further with my workout kinda cool that I was speeding up as I go along.

15 staright arms and legs march

Results: I should bring extra clothes to work nowadays, it's was pretty good cardio WOD!

RESULTS: My Best PR(Personal Record) so far 15 ROUNDS !!!!! wooTTTT!!! The last 2 times I can only manage to go 10 rounds. Next time aiming for 20 woot!

So here's my AM WOD @ work:

First Round: 10:00 am
3 Sets of :
15 Jumping Jack's
15Mtn Climbers
15 Elbow Twist
15 Alt. Lunges (15 left and 15 right)
15 sec. Jog in place

Second Round: 3:00 pm
Same as above

Results: DONE! It was pretty good cardio WOD a nicer way to wake up at work instead of coffee...funny no one makes a cup of coffee anymore in the afternoons lol...

5 Rounds of: (max = without getting off the bar or rings)
Max Reps of Ring Dips
Max Rep of Pullups

Still needs more work with both exercises, my goal for both to at least manage to do 20 max reps each...practice..practice!!!!

Gained 5 lbs...CRAP!!!...it's like the more i work out the more weight i put on...I'm not going to win this competition gaining muscles..lmao!! Gotta run..baby..run!!!

Early morning WOD is brutal especially when you have an empty stomach!!! Well No Fuel No GO!! I did poorly with my reps today..oh well till next time...

WOD:

2nd Round:

20 Kettlebell swings (1 pood)

Results: did ok but I could have gone faster and even deeper with my dips, i think...next time more eggs..lol...

My boss got in on the band wagon so 8:45 am this morning she has some nice WOD for all of us today.

AM WOD: Part 1
For 3 rounds straight

15 Jumping Jacks
15 Moutntain Climbers
15 Upright Knees-to Elbow Twist
15 Alt. Lunges (15 left and 15 right)
15 sec. Jog in place

Results: A pretty good warm-up got my heart pumping and ready for more..lol...She's actually discussing after lunch routines already..YES!!!!..lol...Stay tuned for Part 2!!

Pretty light and easy, I didn't time this one either...

5 Front Squats (with 40lbs dumbbell (20 each hand))

I need heavier dumbbells!! or even better an Oly Bar!!

(B) 21-15-9 reps of

Pushups
KTE (knee-to-elbow)

I decided to have Abby climb on my back as a 45lbs weight for the first 21 reps of pushups was going to have her climb my back again but Emma started crying and she had to be entertained!! so there goes my weights..hehehe...

Overall an easy and light WOD...

Hello, Blog...it's me, Margaret (CH 35)

Okay...today is the day, I stop eating like a pig. I stocked up on some groceries, so I'm ready. I think. I have 2 weeks to get back in shape after 2 weeks of laziness and food binges. Plyo today and core.

Okay, I'm an 1/8 into my Plyo workout, and I just had to stop and write this. I feel like crap. I've never felt like this before. Usually, I can get through Plyo with no issues. Flashback to 2 weeks ago, where I would stuff my face in cupcakes and burgers. I was naive enough to think that getting back into the thick of things would be easy. Boy oh boy, where's my dunce cap?? I hope I survive this. Let this be a lesson to all of YOU as I point my imaginary loaf of bread in the air.

Results: 48:59 too slow!!! Darn weighted pull-ups was a killer!!
Weights for:
1st & 2nd/5th & 6th/9th & 10th rounds = 35lbs pull-ups (use a dip belt)
3rd & 4th/7th & 8th rounds = 20 lbs pull-ups

Today's WOD:
10 Rounds
For Time
200m run (.124 miles)
13 stairs steps up
5 chinups
10 kettlebell swings 1 pood
15 pushups
13 stair steps down

Results: 36:26 I added the stairs because the pullup bar is on top of the basement stairs and my treadmill is in the basement it's really 9 rounds of stairs down and 10 up.
TOTAL: 2,000 meters (1.24 miles) /130 steps-up/50 chinups/100 kb swings/ 150 pushups/117 steps-down.

Results: Did pretty good with the hollow rock but ended up only doing 20 seconds on the L-sits and even then at the 3rd round of L-sits my legs just gave out..oh well more practice!!

Results: FUN...FUN... Abby and I liked it cuz it's soooo darn HOT outside!! The pool was nice and refreshing, went for few laps but I need more practice with swimming.

Results: 16:24 Still slow with pull-ups needs more practice...

Bonus:

Max Hold for 3 rounds
L sits and Hollow Rock practice (google hollow rock awesome ab workout)

Results: L-sits = 20 sec./20 sec. / 10 sec.
Hollow Rock = 20 sec. /20 sec. / 20 sec.

Also practiced L-sits this morning for 10 rounds for 10 sec hold finished all rounds!! Sweet!

Just a quick Tabata Run for today...

WOD:

Tabata Run (20 sec on , 10 sec off for 8 Rounds)

12% Full incline on the treadmill
7 mph

Was pretty easy the first 6 rounds then the last 2 got tougher...I think 7mph is a little slow next will shoot for 8mph...BRING EEEETTTTT!!!!
