Hello, Blog...it's me, Margaret (CH 29)

Didn't get a chance to run yesterday, so double cardio for today. WOD as follows

Run 3.2 miles...only 1 mile, knee started tightening up. Will try again tonight.

  3. not really mostly my shin or calves...try to land on the ball of your feet might lessen the impact on the knees...plus try jump rope for now to instead of running it can help your pose/posture when you run, look up RUn Pose or Pose Running, also too much mileage can do that as well...take it easy for now or do more squats...
