20 squats
20 pushups
20 pullups
Clocked in 36:32 my kip pullups took the longest but no assist or jumping..ohhh yeah!!
My shoulders will feel like jell-o tomorrow..OUCH!!! surprised that I was pretty fast with the squats and pushups..yes..i guess i'm doing something right...lol...
