6-16-10 WOD / L PULLUPS-PUSHUPS-SITUPS

Felt weird had a headache while working-out...I guess i have to skip my afternoon coffee nowadays and plenty of water *argh* ...so my time for my WOD was bit loooong 46:02 *argh*...

WOD: For time
5 Rounds of
15 L-Pullups (this is full l-pullups no jumping *oh yeah*)
30 Pushups
45 Situps

Overall Total Reps for time 46:02
L-Pullups = 75
Pushups = 150
Situps = 225

Not bad for a "headache" workout...darn headache!!! more oxygen!! plus I think my breathing is out-of-whack...inhaling as suppose to exhaling or vice versa..oh well!!
