Been fighting a head cold since Friday night and been resting for 3 days now and I feel like I should suck it up and go on with my workouts, but a part of me thinks If I do I will just make it worst and my WOD performance will suffer anyway due to the COLD!!..*argh*... kinda hard to get a good enough sleep/rest especially Emma is sick as well...*argh* DAYCARE SUCKS!!!
Anyway just venting out cuz I want to work-out but not feeling 100% and I feel like I will lose all my hard work If I skip one more day...oh well I hope you guys are doing better than me..*argh*
