Went to a free trial session at this place called Krank Fitness in Nutley. Not bad. I feel like I can copy those workouts and just do them at home. But, I do like the added motivation that comes with a group setting...that is, the motivation not to punk out. Highlight of the day: I did 10 regular push-ups on my toes with the proper form (at least I think I did). Count'em 10!! Was soo excited, never had that happen. I usually punk out after 3. Sooo proud of myself, but I didn't realize there was a second set, and I nearly died afterwards...hehehe. Hey, it's the small battles, right? Anyways, we'll see what comes of this, much like my bouldering experiment. Variety is the spice of life...
