4 Rounds of
50 pushups
50 situps
50 2ct flutter kicks
Took me 47 min. to finish had to rest about a 2 min during the last round because felt like puking again but manage to get a breather and finished all 4 rounds.., I guess 1 day of rest is enough, 2 days feels like a weeks...*argh*...
