1st WOD: "Mary"
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 min.
5 Handstand Pushups (modified)
10 Pistols (one legged squats, 5 reps each leg)
15 Pullups (kip)
Results : 5 Rounds (went over a bit over 20 min, still slow with pullups)
2nd WOD:
AMRAP in 12 min.
10 Pushups
15 Situps
20m Walking Lunge
Results: 6 Rounds. Walking lunge is new to my routine it's pretty good and I know my leg muscles will hurt tomorrow and my ARSE!!!
