6-10-10 WOD / "CINDY"

Another go with "CINDY" today...

WOD:

"CINDY"
As many rounds a possible(AMRAP) in 20 min.
5 Pullups(kip)
10 Pushups
15 Squats

I managed to do 11 rounds similar to the last time BUT the difference is the FULL KIP PULLUPS YES!!!!!..no assist so i guess that's an improvement!!!...wooohooo!!
