6-14-10 WOD / PULLUPS-SITUPS-BACK EXT.

Practicing my kipping pull-ups today, I keep losing momentum and rhythm...*argh*..i get too excited on doing the darn thing that I over think the movements which causes me to rest and correcting...oh well!! more practice is needed...

WOD: Timed
100 Kip Pullups = 23:17
100 Situps = 4:26 (better than last time I timed my situps)
100 Back Extension : 2:42 (surprised I managed to do this in less than 3min)
