Hello, Blog...it's me, Margaret (Ch 26)

Current Weight: 116

True story...I only worked out once last week, binge ate this place called Fatty Crab, and sill managed to lose 6 lbs. The catch (drum roll please)...my revamped diet. I'm reading the Jillian Michael's "Master Your Metabolism." I'm eating a lot of organic food...loads of fiber, fruits, veggies. I cannot emphasize enough, F...I...B...E...R. FIBER! FIBER! FIBER! I've never been this regular in my entire life. Eeeekk. Too much information? Sorry, but if Brian Ago can post nakey pics of himself, my regularity shouldn't be a big deal...hehhehe. Now it's time to turn up the heat...my whatamalanes...110 here I come! Circa 2002...HOLA!

  1. hmmm...I just might pick this book up for quick read, since I'm on a whey Diet now hmmm worth a read i guess...Oh yeah where's YOUR PICS!! ahem!! no official weigh pics??c'mon you slacking off..hahaha!! Alos if you're still trying out FREE workouts i think Crossfit of Morristown is offering them, ck out crossfitmorristown.com not sure if that is close by you guys...anyways I'm toooo REGULAR for more FIBER in my DIET..lmao!!!
