YESSsssssss!!! I finally did a full kipping pull-ups no more jumping woohoooo!!!! WOW took what 2-3 months wow!!...Yesssss....I did it!!!...

WOD:

1st Round

Bodyweight "FRAN"
21-15-9 Reps for time
Burpees
Pullups

I finished in 19:28...slow but I manage to do full pullups..YESSS!!! feels great ohh man!!

2nd Round

Situps Galore
50 Butterfly (abmat)
50 2ct Flutterkicks
50 V-Rollups
50 Mason Twist
