6-27-10 WOD / PUSHUPS-SITUPS-SQUATS

The workout seemed simple enough but for some reason it took me 21:58 min and had a headache in the second round and threw-up as well...YUCK!!! so I decided to stop because my headache was getting worse, weird...and it sucked i didn't get to finish all the rounds...*argh*

WOD: For time

3 Rounds of

50 pushups
50 situps
50 squats

Results: 21:58 and finished only 2 rounds (puking time included)
Total reps: 100 pushups/situps/squats

  2. Oh...I'm soo jealous!!! There's no crossfit affiliate close by me it sucks!!...I hope you enjoy it and also if you do join maybe you can help me out with some of the lifting forms and proper squats..hehe..cool..so excited for you!!...oh yeah I tend to push myself eventhough i'm not 100% yet hence, my puking incident...I'm a bit stubborn...hehe

  4. Shil and I discussed it before, saving $$ for my level 1 Cert. plus getting my basement ready for more serious WOD's soon...will post more WOD pics too as well as possibly funny vids as well...no puking..hahaha!
