6-12-10 WODs / "MICHAEL" & "FRAN"

Rested yesterday for today double named WOD...

1st WOD: "MICHAEL"
For Time:
3 Rounds
800m (0.5 miles)
50 Sit-ups
50 Back extensions

1st round results: I finished in 26:39, those back extensions seemed easy but MAN! I was wrong..lol...

2nd WOD: "FRAN"
FOR Time:
21-15-9 Reps of
40lb Dumbbell Thrusters (20lbs each hand) **THIS NO JOKE..*argh***
Pull-ups (full kip)

2nd Round results: Finished in 17:16 not bad for first time "Fran" with weights...*wooot*...
Funny thing I kinda like doing pull-ups now WEIRD??!!! I hated it before..hmm..sweet!!
