BWAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHA....tooo cute. T is going to be a beast when he turns 1. Just look at that bone structure.
ReplyDeletephil - when you mention late night feedings are you talking about you or tristan?...hehe
ReplyDeletetristan is such a big boy, can't wait to meet him!
baby steps...baby steps just start with 10 min wOD's, like do as much push-ups/sit-ups/squats for like 10 reps each...then you'll see trust me man!! I see more results this time around compared to last year when I was doing p90X, as much as I like p90x it gets pretty boring after awhile. Better get in shape now cuz' once Tristan starts walking your going to need the extra energy..lol...Good Luck! and like Marge said before POSTING makes her honest, same with me I use the Blog as a WOD Diary now..lol...keeps me focus..sort of...anyways Stew Leonards is havaing a Sale on Lobsters $4.99 WOOHOOO!!..oh yeah!!
ReplyDeleteLOL...i love the zingers on this blog. I don't think I laugh this hard anywhere else.
ReplyDeleteStop playing GOW3 and start doing some pushups or something. No more Arnald Palmers! I swear most of my weight loss stems from drinking nothing that has calories and no icecream. I only drink water, tea, iced tea and coffee with a splash of milk (my one exception) otherwise no soda, fake ice tea or any of that garbage. Icecream will kill you! Plus I make sure to eat breakfast now every day. Going to the doctors soon to get a cholestoral check and an offical doctor scal weight in... hope it matches my home scale. Cheers
