(1) Run 1.4 miles, no time...still testing out left knee - COMPLETED
(2) P90x Core - NOT COMPLETED...TOO TIRED
(3) Plyo - NOT COMPLETED...but did walk 3 miles in the city
Breakfast:
Chocolate Cheerios mixed with Kashi Cereal with organic milk and 6 oz of black berries (300 calories?)
Lunch & Dinner...too lazy to list
You know it's serious when...
- you pass up a FREE taylor ham, egg and cheese breakfast bagel for tasteless oatmeal- you spend close to $50 on fruits and vegies alone at Whole Foods (really, does acai really have to cost as much as a kidney? really?)
- you youtube intense work out videos for 2 hours
- the first thing you do in the morning is weigh yourself
- you check this blog at least 4 times during the day
......when did you get serious?
I find fruits and veggies more expensive plus you need to eat them right away or else your $$ is down the drain...lol for searching WOD...me too hahahaha!!! If you really want to intensify just do your work-outs with max reps with less resting time and time yourself...then you'll be in PUKE heaven...lmao!!!

ReplyDeletewhole foods is great but way overpriced. you can prob get the same foods from a regular grocery store for cheaper. a&p carries the best produce!! just a little food for thought?!? good luck!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ate Shil! I can't imagine spending $200 a month on groceries just for myself. A 32 fl oz bottle of Acai cost more than a gallon of gas!
