I don't know how trustworthy she is, but I've been hearing a lot of positive reviews. It can't hurt to read a few chapters to see if it's rubbish or not. Beside, my family needs to find better cooking/eating alternatives. Crispy Pata should not be a staple dish every Tuesday and Thursday.

ReplyDeleteI hear you, J. When I plateaued, I modified my diet, and the weight literally fell off me. My cardio routine was slightly intensified and was more careful with what I ate. Went from a 117 to 113.
ReplyDeleteNow, is a totally different story. I went from 113 to 121. All thanks to laziness and junk food. Reality check time!
I'm leaning towards running a bit more than regular 5k's and speed work but that will take more time and SHIL hates that..LMAO!!

ReplyDeletenext time try Chair dips with one leg up do half reps each leg for starters, your triceps will feel ripped afterwards...and will not be able to wash your armpits afterwards lmao!!!
