Ran intervals again 8mph for 1 min and 6.8 mph for 2 min x3 (11 min total warm-up/cool-down)
20 min Workout...for some reason I was winded last night must be tired or didn't eat the right food oh well...

That's really awesome that you've been so consistent all this time. Your workouts seem to be the most rounded out of all of us. Can't wait to see the progress. Bring on the pics!
ReplyDeleteI alwasy ask Shil and Abby if I looked different than before..Shil will say, "yhea.." I think she say it to shut me up so I will stop asking..lol..then I asked Abby if my Abs looks better than before then she say's" (pondering)...hmmm..No you belly still looks BIG!"..Freaking Kid..lmao!!!that's when I go do more sit-ups...hahaha!!
