And So it Begins

Breakfast:

4 egg whites
1 cup of cawfee with a dash of sugar and skim milk
A swig of OJ

Lunch:

A banana, 3 glasses of water, and an ensaymada

Workout:

1 mile - elliptical
2 mile - treadmill
40 stories - stairmaster
30 minutes - abs with core ball
3 reps at 80 lbs - lat pulls
5 reps of mountain climbers
4 reps of burpees alternating with jump rope

Dinner:

Too Late, water and banana
