Rules and Regulations:

Participants:
Buy-in is at minimum $50.00. If you're feeling inclined for the challenge and want to ante up, we'll take more. However, at this point, all participants will be required to contribute a $50.00 fee, which will be collected prior to Labor Day weekend.

Backing out of the event will be considered on a "case by case" basis. You'll need to have a valid excuse to get your money back.

The contest will use the HONOR System, with a monthly weigh-in update to check on each participant's progress.

Additional Rules:
  1. No chemically induced medication influences. Each pariticipant will be required to work out normally and eat a good diet.
  2. No purging and/or bulemia symptoms - no eating and puking...
  3. Each participant is to either comment or send regular blog updates. Everyone will be monitoring our progress online.
  4. No photoshop editing, no body doubles during weigh-ins or progress updates.
  5. Each participant is required to exercise sound judgement regarding work-outs and dietary concerns. You'll have to police yourself when your working-out. We don't want any of the participants to incur any injury or aggravate a pre-existing condition.

  1. Hey its neil...how exactly does it work?

We all have really different goals so how do we decide a winner? If I lose 10% and meet my goal, but someone else loses 15% but comes short of their goal who wins?

I don't watch the biggest loser, so bear with me...I need rules!

  2. @Neil. Sorry, man, Just reviewing comments today. The rules are the person with the highest percentage lost will be the winner, regardless of Goals... So the bigger you are, the more you have to work. The slimmer the least... but you know what they say... Bigger people are mostly water retention...
