Exercise:
ran 3.2 miles (treadmill with 1% incline)
Breakfast:
1.) Hodgson Mills Multigrain Hot Cereal (ok i cheat on this one i put two teaspoon FULLS of sugar with it), its really good and will help your bad cholesterol go down.
2.) Cup of coffee, black with 3 splendas.

Did you see the weight loss tip of the day??? Coffee with 2% milk or no coffee at all. I guess that's why you keep it "black".... Black is Whack...
ReplyDeleteOnce you go black you never turn back...hehe..started drinking black coffee after Abby was born so almost 6 yrs from now..I think creamers ruins the taste of coffee...Also some studies show that coffee can be beneficial..I gotta look for that study..hmmm
