Food- I've been cutting my carbs and was doing pretty well until I learned on Thursday I got tenure and celebrated by drinking several glasses of wine. PLUS, I had steak to celebrate my sister's wedding. I need to self flagellate, don't I?
Workout- have been going three times a week, but I didn't go yesterday or today given my work schedule and I'm totally feeling uneasy. Is it bad that at this point I'm kinda hoping the stress I'm feeling at work and the resulting loss of appetite will balance all the calories I consumed from all that steak and wine?
